APC AI Coach is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our Service is an independent preparation tool and does not guarantee success in the APC assessment.

8. Limitation of Liability

APC AI Coach is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to outcomes of APC assessments.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
